5 Stretches You Must Try If You Sit for Work

Updated: Jul 17

Save Your Hips & Back - Stretch

Sitting causes your hip flexor muscles (front of the hip) to shorten, which can lead to problems with your hip joints. Sitting for long periods can also cause problems with your back, especially if you consistently sit with poor posture or don't use an ergonomically designed chair or workstation. Even with the correct chair it is possible to have the muscles around the joints become tighter over time leading to injury. Here is a quick list of 5 effective stretches to help with loosening up our hips and feeling quick yet optimal relief.
