SoFit Small Group
Our small group personal training is limited to just six people, creating an intimate and focused environment where coaches can closely monitor form and provide personalized guidance. Each session includes five to six full-body stations, with one minute of work followed by one minute of rest. We begin with a dynamic warm-up, flow into the workout, add in core or mobility work, and finish with a full-body stretch to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

SoFit Lift Strong
A structured, no-fluff barbell training series focused on lifting heavy with control. Learn and refine the deadlift (Monday), squat (Wednesday), and press/pull (Thursday) with expert coaching and a focus on form, safety, and strength.
